Children must be accompanied by an adult at least 16 years of age.

Tickets are not refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are available by ADVANCE purchase ONLY. Please do not count
on purchasing additional admissions at the door.

Arrive On Time
To fully enjoy your visit, be sure to arrive at the beginning of your chosen time slot. Your ticket is only valid during those hours. The museum will be emptied and closed at the end of each shift.

Strollers
Due to space constraints, baby carriages and strollers will not be allowed inside the museum. For your comfort, baby carriers for your infant will be available to rent for $3.00. If possible, please leave your carriage at home. You will be able to check folded strollers at the coat check.

Food and Lockers
Enjoy lunch or dinner from the museum’s in-house restaurant, Mendy’s, which offers a full deli menu, gourmet entrees, and more. Snacks are available for purchase in our Gift Shop. You can bring your own food; however, eating will only be allowed in the designated areas. During the rest of your visit, please stow your food in lockers available for your use. There will be a Sukkah in the plaza outside the Museum.

We look forward to seeing you.
