Kids can try their own hand at art as they learn Japanese Marble art – Suminagashi - through workshops and create their own stained glass window panel.
Kids will be invited to contribute to a collective mural which will be donated to Westchester Children’s Hospital.
Suminagashi Workshop
Suminagashi or "floating ink" is the process of marbling plain paper with water and ink to transform it into something vibrant and colorful. It originated in Japan as early as the 12th century.
Kids will participate in a small group workshop and walk out with their original piece of art.

Stained Glass Art
Create a stained glass window hanger, using paint markers and a variety of techniques to transform the painting into a truly unique masterpiece.
